1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Learning Management System (“LMS”) and any related services provided by the Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (“GaMEP”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Important Information:

• Continuing Education Credit: The trainings provided on this Site do not count as continuing education credit.
• Self-Paced Trainings: Self-paced trainings are available for 12 months after the training has been started. After 12 months, users will need to register and pay for the training again.

2. Use of the Site

• Account Registration: To access certain features of the LMS, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
• User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GaMEP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GaMEP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
