These courses are designed to strengthen the preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities of Tribal communities by addressing unique risks, cultural considerations, and resource needs. Participants will explore strategies to enhance Tribal emergency management programs, foster collaboration across agencies and jurisdictions, and build resilient systems that honor cultural traditions while enhancing community safety. Through real-world examples, case studies, and interactive discussions, the course empowers Tribal leaders and emergency managers to develop tailored, culturally informed plans that protect lives, infrastructure, and natural resources in the face of natural disasters and other emergencies.
